We agree the shirt and trouser shades, where the company mark and rank go, and where the reflective sits. Check your colours and insignia against current PSIRA guidance at this stage, before anything is cut.
We make a sample set with your badging. Put an officer in it for a night shift and tell us what to change before we run the batch.

We deliver to your office or depot and keep your pattern and badge files. When a new officer starts, you WhatsApp us the size and we run the same garment again.
Reflective items usually need replacing before the shirts and trousers do. Budgeting for them separately, and checking them under a torch every few months, is cheaper than finding out on a dark road that a vest has stopped doing its job.
We are inside Johannesburg, so the city’s depots, office blocks and control rooms are a short run from our floor. Outside Gauteng we courier nationwide.
As of September 2026 our indicative per-unit prices are R350 for a traffic or reflective jacket, R300 for a branded bird-eye golfer and R750 to R850 for a bunny jacket for winter night posts. Guarding shirts, trousers and badging are quoted to your specification. Prices may vary based on specific requirements, and bulk discounts start at 100 units.
Once we have made your first run, we keep your pattern and your embroidery files in our Doornfontein workshop. That turns a replacement set for a new officer into a short production run rather than a fresh minimum order. We do not publish a fixed turnaround because it moves with the load on our floor, so confirm it with us when you order.
Usually less time than the garment around it. Reflective tape loses performance with repeated washing, especially hot industrial washing, and it fades gradually rather than failing on a particular day. The practical answer is to check it on a schedule, under a torch or headlights at night, and budget for replacing reflective items on their own cycle.
Yes. Embroidery is done in-house in Doornfontein, so your company mark, officer names and rank marking can be stitched onto the garment rather than printed on. Embroidered marks hold up to repeated washing better than print. Tell us what each rank needs to show and we will quote the badging per job.
The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) regulates the industry. In 2021 it gazetted rules restricting uniforms and insignia that resemble the police or the military; industry body SASA challenged them, and as reported in April 2024 they were temporarily revoked while consultation continued. Check the current position with PSIRA before you choose colours and insignia.
