The brief

JMB Marokane Primary School needed one supplier who could take their uniform programme from measurement day through to a finished, badge-embroidered garment on every learner's back — without the back-and-forth of juggling separate sewing, knitting and embroidery vendors.

BMC Manufacturing took on the full uniform supply: jerseys knitted in-house, finished with the school's own embroidered crest, alongside the tartan shirt range in the school's colours. Every batch is quality-checked before it leaves the workshop, and sizing runs are matched to the school's own learner records so nothing gets guessed on delivery day.

"The quality of the jerseys and tracksuits is excellent, and the top-up orders for new learners through the year are always quick."
— School Governing Body, JMB Marokane Primary School

What made it work

Because sewing, knitting and embroidery all happen under one roof, the school deals with one point of contact instead of three suppliers — and mid-year top-ups for new learners don't wait for the next bulk production run.
